Your Mission:

Propeller is experiencing high growth across all markets. Your mission is to drive sales from the frontline, playing a critical role in developing the Europe region. You’ll be selling to both SMB and enterprise customers, from lead generation to close! You’ll also get leads from our website, giving you every opportunity to succeed and close those deals of interested prospects. We’re growing across Europe, but have a particular focus on growth in the UKI and Nordics regions.

You’ll work with a group of talented and experienced sales professionals who will get you up to speed so you can identify that ideal customer profile and change the way they work, for the better!


Responsibilities:

  • You’ll manage all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to deal negotiation to closure.
  • You will work with our reseller teams to partner on sales opportunities. Meet and exceed sales goals whilst maintaining Propeller's high standards of engagement.
  • Nurture relationships with prospective customers across Europe. You’ll help them to understand how Propeller can change the way they work, for the better.
  • Roughly 40% of your time will be spent traveling.
  • You’ll join in-person drone demonstrations and pitch to Survey Managers and Directors.
  • You’ll be serving as a conduit between the customer and our internal teams, ensuring that customer needs and wants are communicated.


Your skills:

  • You have five-plus years in (construction) technology sales.
  • You have a history of exceeding your sales quota and have raced ahead of your cohort in every job you’ve held.
  • You have experience navigating organizations of different sizes and selling to multiple decision makers.
  • You’ve got excellent interpersonal skills. You gel with our customers and team, and thrive in an unstructured environment.
  • You have strong technical sales skills and problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and ability to be part of a close-knit but globally spread-out team.
  • Willing and able to live in the Netherlands.

Bonus points for knowledge or experience in:

  • UAVs and visualization platforms
  • SaaS sales
  • Remote pilot license
  • Multilingual. Besides English, French or a Nordic language would be helpful for this role
